International Shipping: We use the "Easy Overseas Shipping" service. Your order will be handled and shipped internationally by a proxy purchase service (Buyee). Fully tracked and insured.

Handling Time: Most items are made-to-order. Please refer to <Delivery Information> section on each product page for specific lead times.
Customs and Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

当店の商品は、基本的にご注文を受けてから製作を行う受注生産品となっております。
そのため、ご注文確定後のキャンセルや内容の変更は原則お受けできかねます。何卒ご了承ください。

万が一、商品に不備や破損があった場合には、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、返品、または交換にて対応させていただきます。（お手数ですが、不良箇所の写真を添えてご連絡をお願いいたします）

なお、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

Our products are basically made-to-order products that are manufactured after an order is received.
Therefore, as a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the contents of an order after it has been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will check the situation and then offer a refund or exchange. (Please attach a photo of the defective part when contacting us.)
